Pre orders and custom orders will take up to 3 weeks to make and sendout.

My hope and aim is the that you will love your Bela&Boaz silk pillowcase, however, if you aren't satisfied please contact me to discuss any concerns. Be mindful that naturally dyed fabric will be uneven and have markings, this is is part of the charm!

For a full refund, I can only accept non used pillowcases in originial condition. Returns are at the buyers cost and must be returned within 14 days.

No refunds on custom orders.
